Heel cups

Heel cups are PE polyurethane, PUR polyurethane or latex foams, cut into special formats placed inside the shoes where the wearer’s heel is located. Due to the different requirements of footwear industry clients, many types of designs are used.

The standard thickness of the foam is 2 mm and 3 mm.

Particular attention should be paid to the PUR polyurethane foam based heel cups, which have an excellent elasticity (about 1000 times greater than PE), which is directly attributed to the comfort of wearing a shoe with this type of foam and much higher durability.
