The Controller processes the personal data of the Website’s Users in the following set:

The scope of the data processed: full name, company name, email address, phone number, content of the enquiry

The purpose of the processing: the personal data of the Users are used to contact the Users and to respond to their enquiries, and in the case an additional, voluntary consent is given, to send commercial and marketing information.

Legal basis of the processing: the legitimate interest of the Controller (processing at the request of the data subject).

The service provider does not provide the collected data to third parties, except for those who have a relevant legal basis.

The Controller of personal data stipulates that in accordance with the provisions of the act on the protection of personal data it may entrust the processing of personal data of the Users whose data it controls to other companies in order for those companies to properly perform the operations related to the hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the Website, and also with pursuing of claims and clarification of the circumstances of the unauthorised use of the services supplied electronically.
